"This filter along with its companions work very well and are long lasting. The problem is not the filters but the time it takes to get them. I waited more than a week for them to arrive and we are in Los Angeles County, the same as APEC. But the filters were shipped from Texas!"

"Enjoy the much cleaner water. However, it is an IMPOSSOBLE ordeal to remove the Stage $ membrane from the housing. There is no easy way to grip/hold the back end of the Stage 4 housing firmly enough, so it just rotates when you try to twist the cap off it. If you manage to not destroy the housing just opening it, then it is then nearly impossible to remove the membrane without ruining and/or dirtying the end & inside where you have to remove it. The membrane comes preloaded with a new system, why can't they have that available on the website to order."

"I’ve been really happy with this filter. It makes a big difference in water taste — super clean and crisp. The 90 GPD capacity is plenty for daily use, and installation was pretty simple. It seems to hold up well too, lasting a couple of years with good maintenance. Only downside is that if your water pressure is low, it can run a bit slow, but that’s pretty common with RO systems. Overall, it’s reliable, easy to use, and worth the upgrade."
"I entered the type of system I had and the website directed to me to a particular filter. It arrived and was the wrong size. We sent detailed photos to customer service and they told us to order a different one. That one arrived and it was also wrong. So, we are out $50 and still don’t have a new post car in filter. Ironically, the customer service personnel were condescending to me as I was trying to ask questions. They obviously didn’t look at our photos or listen to me. They were dismissive. As a result, they sold me yet another erroneous filter."
