"Enjoy the much cleaner water. However, it is an IMPOSSOBLE ordeal to remove the Stage $ membrane from the housing. There is no easy way to grip/hold the back end of the Stage 4 housing firmly enough, so it just rotates when you try to twist the cap off it. If you manage to not destroy the housing just opening it, then it is then nearly impossible to remove the membrane without ruining and/or dirtying the end & inside where you have to remove it. The membrane comes preloaded with a new system, why can't they have that available on the website to order."
