"What and upgrade! The half ring wrench that came with the unit kept slipping off when trying to loosen the filter housings. Even with the system depressurized, it was difficult. This wrench made it so easy and it is made of quality material too!"
"I was sold an incorrect filter for my system, the initial order never shipped despite getting a confirmation that it was already picked up. Took me 3 phone calls and a chat with someone in customer service for my order to ship a week later. Once I realized that items were wrong for my system, it took me well over 2 weeks, phone and at least 15 emails to get my refund. My initial refund was short because they didn't process all the items. Overall very bad experience."

"I bought this wrench because I misplaced the set issued with my RO system. After replacing my 2 prefilters I want to say it worked flawlessly. I have not used the Wrench - RO Membrane Housing Opener yet as it is not time to replace those cartridges. However I have a place to store both wrenches where they can be easilt found when replacement time comes around again."
