Wrong bulb
"Most recently wrong order was sent by company's mistake. I called 3 times. 3rd time female person promised to send me return prepaid labelso i can send it back but nothing happened. I have tried calling them back but has been cut off multiple times. What a poor customer service. They made so much money from me over the years cause I always bought stuff through Apec water. It's just upsetting."

UV Works when ordered correctly
"Apec offers many products. It is easy to order the wrong replacement bulb. I learned the hard way by ordering APEC replacement filter set Filter-Set-ESUV-SS but I should have ordered Filter-Set-ESUV-SS-V2. The replacement filter set arrived with the wrong bulb. I ordered the correct bulb and threw away the incorrect bulb because returns were not available.In addition I made the mistake of removing the knurled collar on the UV light housing and damaged the glass tube inside. The replacement tube cost about $50. Breaking the tube was my fault and I subsequently changed the bulb by only removing the black plastic cover per the instructions. We are RO water zealots. The APEC system provides RO water equivalent to bottled water without the single use plastic waste. I encourage everyone to purchase an RO system. I hope this post helps APEC owners avoid my mistakes."
