"I spent months researching the best tankless Reverse Osmosis system, in my opinion Apex has knocked it out of the park. Installation was a breeze. Love the extra space now in my cabinet and the unit looks fantastic. Most Reverse Osmosis system waste upwards of 10 to 1, are you serious? Ten gallons of water down the drain for one clean gallon? YEPS Now 2 gallons of clean to one gallon of waste water. It has enough water pressure to run my ice maker as well. You will hear noise from the pump when the unit is being used, nothing that it concerning."

"This machine works as advertised. Lots of water that is clear as can be. Tastes fine. I hope it will work like this for a long time. The filter cylinder was a snap to install and should be just as easy to replace the cylinder when due."
Replacement unit
"I have been an APEC customer many years and have recommended to others. Between two houses I have bought two of the 5 stage with tank and now 3 of these tankless units. Also, I bought a tankless as a gift for someone. The tankless are very convenient when they are working and a pain when they are not. Both of my existing units had problems. One continues to work but constantly beeps regardless of changing filters and following the steps from customer service. This is the same one that initially failed a connection causing wood floor and wall sheet rock damage which still has an open claim. The second unit was constantly turning on for a couple seconds and kicking off. Internet search indicates it is a shut off valve which I can't order separately. So I bought this third unit to replace the one that constantly turns on and off at a discount on black Friday rather than searching for another company mainly because I have 3 of the very expensive filters. With the next failure, I will find an alternative product regardless of how many filters I have."
