"All jokes aside I love this water system. APEC had an amazing back to school sale and I was able yo assemble the whole thing in about an hour all by myself. Super simple super easy. The water is amazing and the ppm reading has been about 26 which was better than the Carlsbad water that we were driving all the way to the beach for. My unfiltered tap was reading 340ppm on my TDS meter."

Great unit so far and

"Great unit so far and the delivery was quick and packaged well enough to survive what the shipping/delivery folks did to the main box which was badly battered. We did not install the unit ourselves because plumbers were needed to re-plumb our under sink area. Water is clear and tastes clean and without the city water taste/smell. We did by the in-line refrigerator water line filter as well and it was simple to install and a major improvement on our ice quality."

First RO system success!

"Purchased this during a sale to help with our terrible tasting water in Florida and it has been great. Family all happy with the crisp clean water taste. Also connected to the fridge and the pressure is perfect. Just make sure all the connections are snug/secure before flipping on the water."

— Raymond R. (5/5)

Awesome unit

"Great system and easy installation. No issues/leaks. Had older versions put in previous homes a long time ago. APEC definitely made it so much easier and better to install. Plus the best part is getting an alkaline set up all in one. Would highly recommend anyone to purchase this unit. The water flow is excellent on this smaller tank unit."

The system is great! Delivered

"The system is great! Delivered promptly, packaged well, neat and orderly. Directions were easy to follow. However, I would recommend the next edition of the directions to advise using the Teflon tape on every threaded connection. A little prevention goes a long way when dealing with water. Secondly, at least 3 of the factory tubing connections were not seated. Consequently, when I turned on the water, I had leaks spraying everywhere. I’d advise new purchasers to check all connections for seating before turning the water on."

Water System

"This is the 3rd system we have bought from your company. This time our system came with multiple leaking connections. My husband and under the sink were soaking wet before we retightened all the loose connections. You may have a problem with your quality control. We move often with the military so we usually give away the system to a neighbor when we move, that is why we are repeat customers."

This took my husband maybe

"This took my husband maybe two hours to install. No complications. I’m so very thankful to have the fluoride being pulled out of my water now and the result is delicious + alkaline."

GREAT

"I've been extremely happy with my APEC RO-PH90 system. The biggest thing for me is simply the taste of the water — I'm honestly addicted to it now. My incoming tap water measured around 405 ppm TDS, while the water from the system measured about 50 ppm even **after** passing through the remineralization cartridge. The difference in taste is immediately noticeable. I did add a booster pump because my incoming water pressure is fairly low, and I'm very glad I did. With the booster pump installed, the pressure and flow from the RO faucet are excellent. It doesn't feel like I'm using a slow RO faucet at all. My only real complaint is with the optional high-flow kit. I ordered it intending to use it with my system, but discovered that it wasn't compatible with the remineralization cartridge/setup. I would have liked APEC to make that limitation clearer before purchase. Also, be prepared to give up some cabinet space. Between the filters, tank, booster pump, and associated plumbing, my installation ended up consuming roughly one and a half cabinets. That said, I have absolutely no regrets about dedicating the space to it. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the system. Great-tasting water, a huge reduction in TDS, excellent faucet pressure with the booster pump, and something I now use constantly. I'd install it again without hesitation."
