"Just replaced all my filters. It’s nice and easy. Everything went fine no leaks back to having zero water. I would not drink San Diego city water so I like my RO system. The only problem I have with it is the ratio the 5 to 1 ratio needs to be somehow better and if I could afford a bigger assistant where it doesn’t have such a ratio I would do it, but the bigger systems are so expensive that I have to have my small RO system, but I prefer drinking good water too, and not going to the store and buying bottle after bottle after bottle"

"The only minor item that you may want to consider is adding the seal lube or at least reminding us that it’s needed before order (auto delivery too) so that everything is included and we would not have to run out before I start. Understand , I know I can always go get it once my automatic annual shipping comes but… thanks for the great service and parts. Ed"
