"We used one of the new ones but really you can hang onto the O-rings until they split. They’re pretty good about the rubber size and just clean it well with soap and water. You can actually hang onto the O-ring for a while you just need to make sure you check it I bought every year but you should clean it every time you change your filters."

"OK my bad. I did not seat the original o-ring to a cartridge properly so it was pinched and when then seated properly it leaked a drop a minute or so. So I ordered a new one. It worked. Can't say it was the most exciting moment of my year but it worked which is all that I asked of it."
