"I called in to see how fast I would receive the items and I was told within 2 days but actually I received the items ten days later. Meanwhile I didn’t have any drinkable filter water. Then I called in and explained the situation and I was told that I would be compensated for this discomfort. I am still waiting."

"My Ro-90 started to leak one day from this fixed elbow. Tried to repair with no success so I ordered a new elbow from Apec on a Wednesday and paid for overnight shipping. This part didn't ship until Friday and arrived on Monday. With this delay I just went to Home Depot and purchased the same part Saturday and replaced the one that came with the unit. Overall not a good experience dealing with customer service as they were little to no help and the delay in shipping was a total waste. Nevertheless it's a simple product and got it working without a leak."
