The Housing cap assembly set for version B effectively fixes leak issues, restoring RO system functionality. However, it is not recommended for long-term use and should be placed in a drain instead.

"The part arrived preassembled which was very helpfulHere is a suggestion: the instructions should include a picture showing the entire layout when everything is put back together correctly and maybe you could mark the canisters with I, II and III to avoid confusion. I marked them with a Sharpie. Overall very good service and quality. Alex Conroe, TX"
"It was disappointing the housing cap had to be replaced after just two years in service. However, your customer support team was very helpful providing trouble shooting instructions, providing a link to the necessary replacement part, and delivery of the replacement part was timely. The only suggestion is you include installation instructions with the item. Yes, it may seem straight forward to many people, but for some it may be a bit dauting."
"The item was as described on the website but the shipping cost was almost as much as the replacement. No indication on the website that the seals were not included and after I purchased, the instructions recommended to replace them. I think they should have been included or outlined as a recommendation to replace on the site would have been nice to know."
"The replacement system was not the same as the original system I purchased in 2022. The are all connected in line. Where is the system? I have, has Reed tubes feeding to other components on top of the housing. We had to make those adaptions in order for this to work."
"Had a leak. Called in and got a replacement part. Installed it. System working great and no leaks!"
