"Shipping Issues, not properly packaged were lose In the box should’ve used packaging material to keep filters from moving around lucky they were not damaged. But these filters are excellent for Re-mineralization. Will keep buying them but you need to package them right."

"Highly suggest you create a canister holder so you can vertically drop in all filters followed by twist and turn tightening; changing out 6 filters involving special plastic wrenches and disengaging push valves etc is quite a hassle for a consumer . . . check out Cloud RO system design?"

"When I ordered it, I called customer service to explain to them what the light looked like and gave them my model number. They sent me a link for the product I should order, which I did. It came and was the wrong bulb! I called customer service and they were great and sent a new bulb, which was correct and fit. However, it did not work. I tested it in several outlets that I am positive do work. I cleaned the cords but it still doesn’t work. The filters do, of course, work."
