My RO System Keeps Beeping At Me. . .

"I ordered the APEC RO Replacement Filters Complete Set for ROTL-600 Tankless RO System over a month ago, and I still haven't received it because it's on backorder. While the customer support team was helpful in offering a $15 refund for the inconvenience, I find it frustrating that a water system company doesn't keep consumable items readily available for quick turnaround. It's ridiculous to think that core competency products like replacement filters are made to order. Consumable items should be in stock and ready to ship, especially for a system that customers rely on daily."

"I have used Apec for years. I decided to purchase a new unit and went with this tankless unit. It was more expensive than the tanked water systems. Incredibly easy installation and easy maintenance. Just twist and pull out the old filter, insert new filter and twist in place. A built-in TDS meter would have been nice. Would recommend based on excellence and ease."
