"These guys are great, excellent customer service and an awesome product. My water went from being undrinkable and gross to pretty good. Installation was pretty simple, besides the uv lamp stuff which was a lil tough. Had no leaks even with less then perfect cuts on tubes. Good flow of water and the faucet feels well made. Customer service was a real person who was quick to help and respond to my issue sending out what was needed to help right away."

"I have owned this system for 5 years now. I have a family with 9 kids and it is still going strong. Also our public water has a high concentration of calcium carbonate, it keeps up just fine. It has recently developed a leak in the first stage coconut filter tank but with replacement parts readily available I do not see this being an issue. I highly recommend this system for drinking water even for a high use family."
