"although water taste is better, i'm disappointed that water coming from faucet is cloudy(milky colored) unless i turn it on all he way. seems to be air and it clears up after a minute or two of sitting in glass but isn't very appealing initially. switched the 2 charcoal filters per your tech. support but didn't change anything. i now fill a pitcher so it settles which isn't ideal."
"The unit was easy to install. Manufacturer instructions for the tap installation are incorrect, (plastic centering washer is pictured upside down). Also stainless steel sink was to thin to allow nut to tighten. Had to fashion a washer to make it tight. Water quality is not as good as RO. My wife prefers it refrigerated. Volume is much better than RO."
"This 3-filter assembly was purchased to install in our Airstream Caravel 20 FB. It works perfectly. What I had to find out could have been specified in the instruction manual. The kitchen water line on our camper was easy enough to disconnect; however, the 1/4-inch poly water line did not come with the fittings to add the filter assembly into our camper. What were needed were a male and female 3/8-inch compression fittings with a 1/4-inch compression ring and nut. The Shark Bite-brand fittings that APEC included were high quality fittings, but did not fit our application. A visit to three hardware specialists led me to the correct parts. All is well and we are delighted with how this assembly fit perfectly under our kitchen sink."

"I've had the 3 stage system for about 5 months. No leaks from the housings. The faucet did leak some when I got it but I disassembled it and tightened it up and it was fine after that. The water from the system is the best tasting water I've had."

"This is a great filter system but neither the entire unit nor its individual filters are certified whatsoever by any certifying body such as NSF or WQA. We have only the manufacturer to trust that its claims for chemical taste and odor reduction are accurate.Would love to see that the entire system plus its replacement filters gets certified like its more expensive RO counterparts.Would also love to see a response to this review addressing the lack of certifications rather than having the review outright removed."
