They can also withstand a wide range of variations in water pressure and they accept a variety of 4-1/2" diameter x 20 Inch length cartridges for different applications.

The high-flow polypropylene (HFPP) cap offers 3/4", 1" or 1-1/2" FPT inlet and outlet ports for versatility.

The whole house water system

"The whole house water system was great for about 5 years. That’s when my cylinder cracked. I ordered another and got it fixed. Then in a month and one day another cylinder cracked. After that I just be got off the cylinder. I couldn’t afford to buy cylinders and filters."

"The only thing I dislike is the low pressure rating for this unit. My home supply pressure is 100 psi from the city. I use a pressure reducing valve (Watts) to reduce the pressure down to 60 psi at the water filter unit. Recently my pressure reducing valve failed, which allowed the water pressure at the filtering system to reach close to the city pressure. It ended up blowing the bottom out of your blue housing. Fortunately I was home when this happened and had the PRV replaced along with your blue housing unit. If your unit had a higher presure capability this would not have occurred."

Would not need it if clear ones sold were not defective. It’s fine with pigment to make stronger.

"What ever, works fine"
