"The product arrived on a pallet. This is the first time that I received a product with three items on a pallet. It was well packaged. We called a plumber to help me install the whole system. The installation part took about 3 hours and the plumber told me that the systems were easy to install. Now I can shower laundry and cook without any worries about the water quality. One more important thing is that before you buy those systems it is wise to contact the company for detail information. They give you suggestions on what product that treats your water condition. Overall a good product. :)"

"Hey APEC you should rename this the Total Satisfaction system because that is exactly what it does! I actually came upon the Total Solution 10 system by accident as I was simply looking for a reverse osmosis drinking water system initially. After reading through some of your product pages I realized that I could also add whole house filters to remove chlorine chemicals and scale from my water with the purchase of the Total Solution system. Considering the long service life and discounted price of this package it was a no-brainer so I pulled the trigger. After having used all three systems for a few months I have to say that I am equally impressed with the build and performance of every unit and the overall water quality is noticeably better. The reverse osmosis water in particular tastes great and the water in general doesn’t smell like chemicals or rotten eggs anymore. Overall I am very happy with the purchase."
