"I bought this a while back. I was slow at installing it and now I really regret not prioritizing this higher. It has been in use now for about 2 months. I have a well that is 300' deep thru limestone so I have seriously hard water. After a few days the hot water was a little cloudy. It seems that this is normal when using in a house that has hard water and not solution for years. A couple of week later the hot water cleared up and I noticed that the hot water produced by my tankless water heater was hotter than before. Also the hard water deposits in my dishwasher are now gone. I should have taken before and after pictures. I never dreamed that it would work this good."

"I bought the and at Lowes. Well packed box. Product looks great and installation components are sufficient for my operation. No Owners Manual. I'm trying to find instructions for the future on how to change the media. I would guess that the head just unscrews counterclockwise but I'd like to officially know how it's done.How many gallons on average will this unit produce before requiring a media change? Or how do you detect when its time for a Media change?Anyone using water from the Great Florida 800 ft deep Aquifer? Would love to know your experiences.Thank you!!!"
