"I've had one of these for years. Never a problem. I like having the storage tank. It does take up space so you might have to get creative like I did. Never a leak as long a you possess the ability to pay attention. When changing the filters, I just put an old towel under and have at it. I attached mine to drawer slides to accommodate filter replacement. One change: I should flip it around 180 degrees and have the lines inboard."
"Installed new unit and it had a leak in the housing unit - called customer support and was told they would send new unit out but the customer service person forgot to follow through on the work order and I had to call back to get replacement parts"
"I wanted to give this RO filter 5+ stars, but two of the quick connect joints on the filter were not fully seated, fortunately the (spray leaks) were easily seen, and the problem was addressed. Properly seating the joints was simple, but should not have been the consumers responsibility. The filtered water quality is amazing; however, the public water served elsewhere is noticeably unfiltered and of poor quality."

I’ve been recommending it to relatives. The only issue that I have is that I had to replace the tank Once and it’s about time to replace it again. I don’t know if that is normal."
