"Got this delivered early Dec 2025. Set up was easy. Dias to take more than half an hr to read instructions and set it up. After first few days, water tasted good. Easy to refill water, and use it for cooking and washing vegetables. Haven’t tried to use to the max which is 75 gallons per day. I hardly used 4-5 gallons. Haven’t tried the hot water yet,. So far it has been great."
"I’m glad I bought this unit as it is a real step up in convenience from my RO-CTOP that I used for years. My only gripe is that the manual isn’t great (some functions do not work as described) and the friendly company that used to be so easy to get on the phone, and so helpful, has been replaced by an unhelpful chat bot."

"The unit is compact and fit well in my kitchen. The hot function has 2 buttons which for custom temperature (4 levels) and for boiling. The water comes out clear and no taste comparing to my tap water (usually slighly smell and taste like metal and change the color of green tea and bluebutterfly flower tea)."

"This machine did not come with an instruction manual. I do not have a printer and it took weeks to get a copy. It took over a month to have one of their customer service reps call me to help set it up. Their are gaps in the instruction manual that need updating. The service rep has been helpful and apologetic. They are in Southern California and were somehow impacted by the recent wildfires, though I am not exactly sure how."
"Quick and easy setup, reliable operation, great tasting water! For years we relied on an APEC under sink, 4-stage RO system to furnish drinking water from our well at home. Since retiring and moving into our apartment a couple of months ago, we now rely on an APEC ROCT-PLUS countertop and continue to be very pleased with its exceptional performance both in terms of output volume and taste. Plus, the on-demand heated water feature means there's water instantly available for a spot of hot tea or cup of instant joe at the touch of a button. WOW!"
