"We've had RO-Hi for 6 years now and we are very happy and glad we installed one. You can actually taste the difference between RO water and bottled water -- it taste fresh and clean, there's a certain sweetness. It gives us a peace of mind that we are drinking clean water -- I don't smell or taste the chlorine anymore. I am giving it only 3 stars not because of the quality of the RO system but for the customer service. I made a mistake of ordering the RO system instead of just the filter, the representative that I spoke did not really help me with the return, instead he just kept discouraging me from returing the system."
New RO-HI replacement for an older unit
"I ordered a new RO-HI water filter to replace an older one and wanted higher water flow. Cannot say the new one was much more flow. Hope that will improve as we use it more. My original order had “Order Protection” added to the order for $8. 35. Not sure how this was added to my order. I called to inquire and asked why I needed it and the person I talked to could not give me a reason as to why I would need this. I was refunded it but still don’t know why I would need it. The website listed on the warranty card does not work so contacted Alec but only got the AI assistant which had no clue on how to help me. Needed to talk to a real person to get it resolved. I would have expected things to go a little better when working with a company who has been around longer."
