"I’ve used it since 2020. I would still be using it, but I moved to a place with a spray faucet. Great clean, fresh water. The helpful CSR suggested I get the Chloramine filters, since my water has it. I swapped out the carbon filters for chloramine filters. Helpful customer support with questions I have about storing the used filters for a few weeks or longer."

"I was replacing my older RO-CTOP-C. I inquired if I could my TOP from my older machine for the new one so I wouldn't have to buy the complete case. They said YES, it will fit. It did NOT fit, not even close. I called, explained it and the person listed "Customer Changed Mind"! and did NOT give me a pre-paid return label. I had to call again. The they claimed they never got my return from UPS back to them! I proved they DID and they said "Oh yeah. I was looking at the wrong order." Took a long time to get my credit. Also, it's really hard to get a LIVE PERSON on the phone. This statement is PERMANENTLY on their website: "We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and emails. We apologize for any inconvenience and aim to address any concerns and requests as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, and for choosing APEC Water." Currently?!?!?!??!?!?!?! That phrase is ALWAYS on the website. It is not just "currently". They need to hire MORE employees obviously and TRAIN THEM."
