"This is my third RO-CTOP. I replace the filters on schedule, but sometimes I like a fresh start with a new set. We use the water for coffee, ice, and drinking water. Our well water is potable, but it's better tasting after using your product. We make about two to three gallons a day. It's part of my morning coffee ritual."
"I bought this system mainly for my fish aquariums because as I moved to this place, I was have trouble with dying shrimp and algae growth. Plus, the water was not tasting good through britta pitcher either. My drinking water now has a great taste, and my aquariums have been improving. What a fantastic system!"

"If you want water with reduced tds then this does that. Initially when I got it set up I found that it was wired incorrectly other than that it does work, it takes my 150 TDS tap water to about 6 tds. Water is slightly acidic so I ended up splitting the output into a ph boost inline filter with adjustable ball valve addded and another line just with an ajustable ball valve, then after reconnects to one output line -- all this to dial in the ph. Work fine. Consider buying trace minneral drops to add to water post."

"I had a countertop R/O machine. The filters needed replacing. I called and asked if I could buy the product that has no top and then use my old top. They said YES. Guess what? It's not even close to fitting. To return it they said I "changed my mind" as my reason! And they wanted to make me pay for return shipping. I had to call again to get them to pay for shipping.Then they claimed they never received it. I had to call again with the tracking info proof. They said, "Oh yeah. I was looking at the wrong order", Takes FOREVER to get a live person. even there website says "Due to higher call volume..." What? That's a permanent declaration on their webpage on it 24/7? HIRE MORE PEOPLE then. I like the machine. Their help is very frustrating."
