"I have used spec products for years ordering filters as needed the all of a sudden I was put on a 6 month subscription when I canceled one order 6 months later the already had the product in the mail before I new it. I tried to cancel but was told I would need to pay for the return shipping. This is not the way to keep customers."
Works a Charm as Usual
"We have had Apec for many years. Just put in a new well which is much deeper and no iron for a change. Finally was able to change out the filters and did all 5 again as the old well had imploded. We did have a bit of trouble -- had to pressurize the tank and even with that the permeate pump did not click. Left it overnight and nothing. We finally one by one removed the tubing and cleaned each out and that did the job and click, click, click. Have the lowest PSI reading we've ever had coming from the little faucet. Awesome! Very happy."
