"Although I like the product, the packaging/shipping is horrible. My first and second shipments came with the canisters damaged. The 3rd shipment arrived undamaged, but I don't know how. The canisters are put in a giant box with loose packing paper. These canisters need to be placed in a smaller box and wrapped with bubble wrap, like they have been in the past."
"Simple replacement but support replies from Apec are pretty much nonexistent. Product is a good 4 stars but one off for poor customer service."
"This does work as advertised. There are no water spots no drying needed. Very impressive. The downside is that the filters are expensive and don't last too many washes. Our water is moderately hard (about 650 mg/l) and we get about 7-8 washes from the two filters."
