"I have ordered a full water softener setup and received partially items and have to go back and forth for few times to receive all parts for the unit. Overall the customer service were very rude and not friendly. So the experience was sour and bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this business to my colleagues and friends."

"Excellent system easy to install. Would recommend using only hard line for re gen. Nice couplings came with system, however due to layout had to do some copper connection on one line. The regen head position did not allow for use of all connectors supplied. Very satisfied with the system."

Time will show how well conditioning and filtration are being performed. Cons: It took over 2-monts for item to arrive. Warning: Use good respirator (at least N95) when filling carbon media into the tank!"
"The company’s response to this order has been deplorable. I ordered this product for our new home beginning October after I was assured these items were in stock. I was then informed it was out of stock until 11/07. Since then I’ve been told it will ship ‘next week’ and it has been missed every time. It is now 11/15 with no end in sight. "Purchased the 2 tank whole house regen sytem. The site description is very misleading. The hardness of our water went up after installing the system but in the description APEC says softened water is a feature. While not expecting salt based system results I certainly didn’t expect water hardness to increase. I measured hardness with an electronic meter that’s part of a spotless wash system I use on our cars and rv. The meter seems accurate as the reading go up as the filter is used up and goes to almost zero when a new filter is installed with water spotting corresponding to the meter readings. Will probably return the system, not seeing the point or the benefit."
"Water conditioning is a completely different issue than water softening. A water softener removes water hardness minerals by a process called ion exchange. Water conditioners reduce the scale and do NOT remove the actual water hardness minerals from the water. As long as you know the difference and don't expect soap and cleaner money savings softer skin and attributes to true water softening then this might be an option for you."
"I bought the whole house filter and no salt conditioner 5 years ago I already had the reverse osmosis at my kitchen sink. I couldn't be happier with it's performance have had no scale on any facets no chlorine smells and my reverse osmosis filters are clean every year when I change them. Easy to install and I have another five years of life in them. I would recommend this set up to anyone!"
"My water seems exactly the same as it did before the 10k of product and installation but the wife is happy so I got that going for me."
"I've had this system for approximately 7 months. The system works as advertised for the most part. The issue for me has to do with pre-sales customer education. My well is low yielding depending on the time of year drought etc. On several occasions the backwash cycle on the WH-10 has run me out of water. I also can't find documentation on how much water the backwash cycle uses. My well sucks no doubt but I feel like some pre-sales assistance with selecting a filter that doesn't run a backwash cycle would have been helpful. Now I'm looking at replacing it with a non-backwashing filter at additional expense probably close to $1000 when it's all said and done. Not too happy about that."
